Emily Patricia Jewelry is handcrafted to order, so please allow 2-14 business days for production and shipping. All packages are shipped with tracking included.

 

 

Returns

We want you to love your Emily Patricia Jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase

  • Returned items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your piece, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges can be made for an item of equal value, or you may choose to upgrade and pay the difference.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are not refundable.
